Return Policy

The following return policy applies to domestic orders only. For all international order information, click HERE.

Cancellations

Order cancellations will be entertained only if the goods have not been shipped, excluding "Products that cannot be returned" as listed below. A refund will be issued only after deduction of $5.00 or 5% of total order value (whichever is higher) towards banking expenses.

Returns

If you need to return an item, please contact us prior to doing so. If conditions for product return as stated below are met, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that must be marked on your return package. Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges on all returned items.
Style77 values its customers and ensures that all refunds and replacements are handled within 30 business days from receipt. 

Condition of product(s) acceptable for Return/Exchange

  • Returns must be unused/uninstalled and be 100% complete with all parts in original packing and in condition. Boxes, manuals and warranty information (if any) must be intact.
  • Closeout/Clearance items, unless otherwise stated, are sold "as is" and do not qualify for product returns/exchanges for any reason, including non-compatibility or defective products.
  • Damaged shipments: the customer is responsible for reporting the damage claim to the shipping company. Please contact us to notify us of the situation.
  • Warranty Issues: Please refer to Warranty Section for more information

Returns/Exchange Procedure

  • The Customer must contact Style77 via email within 30 days of order shipment to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • A completed Return Merchandise Authorization Form (RMA) must accompany the merchandise. Download Return Merchandise Authorization Form HERE.
  • Your RMA number must be written on the OUTSIDE of the box, next to your shipping label. This is very important as returns without an RMA number will be refused.
  • The Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges on all returned items to Style77
  • Send returns (for refund/exchange) to the following address along with a completed RMA form:

  • Once the package is received, they will be inspected and if verified for return/exhange, we will process the refund or the exchange.
  • Refunds and replacements will be handled within 30 business days from receipt of the original product(s) return
  • Exchanges are subject to second shipping charges unless there was a mistake made on the order. If it is a mistake made on our part, the exchanged/replaced product will be shipped FREE through FedEx/UPS Ground mode.

Products that cannot be returned

Not all products can be returned and the below will give you more insight into some of those common reasons.

Warranty

Any warranties on products sold by Style77 are those made by the manufacturer. Customer understands that any and all warranties are voided if any product defect has been caused in part or whole by negligence, improper installation, lack of proper maintenance, abuse, misuse, accident, floor or fire. Customer also understands that there is no warranty whatsoever, express or implied, on any parts used for competition, track events, racing or purposes other than which they were intended.
Customer understands that there is no warranty on electrical parts. Customer agrees to notify Style77 immediately upon discovery of any product defect. Customer understands that defective items must be returned for replacement in accordance with Style77 return policy and at Customer expense. Style77 will replace all defective items that meet return or replacement requirements. Customer understands that Style77 will not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages or for loss, inconvenience, damage or expense directly or indirectly arising from the use (or inability to use) or a third party unauthorized use, of any product or its components, either separately or in combination with other equipment, or for commercial loss of any kind, regardless whether Style77 had been advised of such possibility.
Style77 makes no representation whatsoever that installation and or use of parts purchased from Style77 will not have a negative effect on any warranty that may exist on Customer’s vehicle. Customer understands that he assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of products sold by Style77.

Closeouts

Style77 will periodically offer discontinued or remaining inventory on "Closeout". Closeout items, unless otherwise stated, are sold "as is" and do not qualify for product returns/exchanges for any reason including incorrect orders, non-compatibility or defective products. Customer is fully aware of all risks involved before purchasing.

Product Use

Many parts sold by Style77 are intended for off-road use only and may not be legal for street use. Style77 makes no representation with respect to the legality for street use of any parts sold or their ability to pass emissions tests in any State. The customer understands that it is his/her sole responsibility to determine applicability of local, State and Federal laws and compliance with them prior to using purchased parts on any vehicle driven on the street. Style77 makes no representation whatsoever that installation and/or use of parts purchased from Style77 will not have a negative effect on any warranty that may exist on customer's vehicle. Customer understands that he assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of products purchased from Style77.

Special Orders

Special orders are non-returnable or cancellable after payment has been made or the corresponding order is placed with our vendor. We will do our best to accommodate special order changes (eg. color, finish, offset, etc.) when requested in a timely matter. The ability to change special orders will be left solely to the discretion of our vendors and manufacturers. Special order items include but are not limited to the following:
  • Carbon Fibre items
  • Big Brake Packages
  • Suspension systems
  • Exhaust Systems
  • All Wheel & Tire Packages or wheel sets in custom colors
  • Any parts ordered by color
  • Any other items otherwise indicated on a product page listed as a special order item
  • OEM Parts

Refused Shipments

For any shipments that are refused, you will be automatically charged $25 or a 25% restocking fee, whichever is greater to cover costs associated with processing, inspecting and restocking your order and return.
