Yokohama Wheel Original Design has long been producing some of the best wheel designs with the highest quality. The Advan Racing line by Yokohama is the "performance" line and is evidenced by its use on the PRO Team WTCC race cars as well as many professional and amateur race teams worldwide. Advan Racing wheels are built using the latest flow forming and heat treatment technology that results in a very lightweight and strong wheel. Furthermore, Advan wheels go through the 3-coat, 3-bake process (4-coat, 4-bake for "Hyper" paint) and 3-D engraving of the "Advan Racing" logo that defines the superiority of the Advan Racing wheels.

The Advan RS-D is based on the Advan Racing RS's 10-spoke design. The similarity in design ends here. The Advan Racing RS-D is one of the first offerings from Yokohama Wheels to offer the "Deep Lip" design. The advanced forming technology allows the wheels to be strong and light while showcasing a lip that rivals those of multi-piece construction. The Advan RS-D is available in the standard deep and extra deep lips.
